Direction for Use: Preparation for one Litre of Active Uji.

  1. Scoop 4 table spoonful of Active Uji with 250 ml of cold water.
  2. Boil 750 ml of water, slowly add the paste above and keep stirring until it thickens.
  3. You can add sugar or milk on the boiling process.
  4. Cook for 10 – 15 minutes under moderate heat.
  5. You can add butter or Active Mama Virgin Coconut Oil if you prefer. Then drink your porridge.
